The Difference Between Authentic Colloidal Silver and Ionic Silver

Authentic colloidal silver and ionic silver are both made using the process of electrolysis. When a true colloidal silver is created, “whole” atoms of silver are separated from its silver source. Each atom has 47 electrons in its orbit and these atoms can exist as a single atom or be grouped together to form a “particle”, while being suspended in purified water.

When ionic silver is produced, a single electron is stripped away from the outer orbit of each silver atom, leaving only 46 electrons, which produces an incomplete atom, which is why it is called an “ion”. This causes the loss of its “electrical charge”, its killing power.

Ionic silver is highly reactive because of the missing electron and when it is ingested, it will immediately bind with the chloride in the hydrochloric acid of the stomach to form the insoluble compound of silver chloride. It passes through the body with no medicinal benefits whatsoever.
